The successful candidate will create an inclusive culture in a geographically diverse environment providing strong leadership and clear communication to manufacturing operations representatives to enable a highly functioning and digitally enabled factory. This position will oversee staff at four locations, Linthicum, MD; Charlottesville, VA; Salt Lake City, UT; and Woodland Hills, CA. As such, the selected candidate will be excellent at communicating and working with team members remotely. The manager position will oversee projects and team members providing shop floor IT and application support for a variety of tools used in manufacturing operations. Tools supported range from custom in-house developed software, to commercial off the shelf applications, to PC and manufacturing equipment hardware used across a diverse landscape of manufacturing environments. This will be a dual role of functional and project management.
