Perform missile system architecture trade studies. Provide technical direction for all phases of programs from inception through completion. Support and guide the definition and maturation of a missile technical maturation plan. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Establish design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program challenges and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensure that designs and hardware builds meet all internal and Customer requirements, especially across engineering discipline boundaries. Provide justification and adjudicate through proper boards any deviations or waivers to such requirements. Working at Northrop Grumman is more than just a paycheck.
