Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related engineering field with 14+ years of experience, Master of Science degree with 12+ years of experience, or a PhD with 10+ years of experience. Experience in mechanical design, mechanical analysis, or systems engineering including responsibility as an integrated product team (IPT), technical lead, or project lead.
