You will be responsible for effectively working in a team environment and collaborating with Integrated Product Teams to achieve program goals. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or a master's degree with at least six years of related experience. Experience managing or leading a team of engineers and demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities. Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. High proficiency in technical problem solving, to include root cause analysis, solution development, implementation, and monitoring. Experience with ground station systems and associated IT responsibilities. Experience with trusted downloads from classified systems. Familiarity and/or experience performing field integration, troubleshooting, and repair of systems at customer locations on a flight line, in a hangar, or within a command-and-control center.
