Bachelor's of Science Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) related field with a minimum of 8 years of Quality or Engineering experience; OR a Masters with a minimum of 6 years of Quality or Engineering experience. Experience with reading engineering documentation (drawings, models, specs), interpreting drawing dimensions, features, and parts lists, and identifying critical features. Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working with multiple enterprise-wide systems. Experienced in SAP, ISE and CADSTAR or MPLM. Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action tools, such as Ishikawa, FMEA, 5 Why, etc. Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance US Citizenship Active Secret Security Clearance.
