Interact with personnel and management at all levels concerning matters of significance to the company related to cost proposals. Will interface and coordinate with other business management leaders and staff on a daily basis. Lead business area Pricing and Estimating department interactions with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and Defense Contract Management Agency Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Also helps by developing personal growth opportunities for employees. Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years relevant Pricing and/or Business experience or 3 years with a Master's Degree including minimum 2 years of leadership/exposure. Experience using FAR/DFARS and other applicable government regulations. Experience in pricing, contracts, and business management. Experience with U.S. Government, commercial, and international proposals. Experience with validation of estimates, estimating approaches, customer negotiations, and data driven estimating.
