Provide Mission Assurance interface with the customer, technical authority, suppliers, and internal quality departments and act as the primary POC for all NG Field Site Quality Solve and troubleshoot unique production and maintenance issues with solutions that span a broad range of engineering disciplines Responsible for life support systems processes/procedures and clean room operations and compliance Perform root cause analysis and work with engineers, maintenance teams, and/ or suppliers to implement effective corrective action and process improvements Review early engineering designs for manufacturing and quality concerns and provide input on solutions Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications Perform Procurement Quality Engineering tasks to support the Supply Chain Management process including quality requirements flow down on purchase orders and source inspection of completed hardware.
