(will consider candidate's years of experience and education in lieu of the degree requirement) 12+ years of experience in community engagement, corporate social responsibility, volunteerism and/or philanthropy at a large corporation ($5b+ revenue) Proven experience designing and deploying corporate community engagement programs at scale. Demonstrates critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills Creative, big-picture thinker who can also plan and execute.
