Tranche Two Transport Layer Alpha/Beta is part of an ambitious space architecture to bring next-generation communications capabilities to the warfighter around the globe. This program builds upon existing Transport Layer capabilities to provide greater coverage and new capabilities to the established SV network for the DoD.
