BS in Engineering is required; Electrical, Mechanical, Systems or Aerospace degree is strongly preferred with 14 years of related engineering design experience ; 12 Years with Masters; 10 Years with PhD, all including 5 years in a related technical leadership capacity. Previous defense industry experience. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Strong understanding of computer aided design (CAD).
