Administer and oversee technical program/project execution by managing scope, tasks/schedules/cost projections for all projects. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience; OR a Master's Degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant project management experience; OR 12 years of relevant project management experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on continuous improvement, lean, or Six Sigma. 3+ years of experience leading teams or projects Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, optimization, and automation. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. US Citizenship required. 2+ years experience managing a team of 5+ members (direct or matrixed reports).
