The CAM/IPT lead will be responsible for: Overseeing and managing the engineering design, development, test and integration of hardware and software products/subsystems. Responsible for tracking and reporting cost and schedule performance (CAM duties) of the Systems Engineering Integration and Test for electrical mechanical design teams. Owning the overall technical quality and performance for the engineering content of the assigned scope of work. Ensuring that the engineering team is adhering to sound engineering processes in the development, production, test, and sustainment in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Serving as the interface to the Program Manager, SEIT Lead, Chief Engineer, and other IPT leads to coordinate IPT technical and programmatic status and issues.
