There are two prime objectives for this Consulting System Safety Engineer. The role includes evaluating the interrelationship of system safety requirements and other aspects of concept design and development requirements to ensure the most cost-effective program. The candidate will have extensive expertise in the application of MIL-STD-882E in design development of complex military systems. The candidate will have extensive experience in generation of required artifacts such as System Safety Program Plans, System Safety Analysis Reports and Functional Hazards Analysis Reports. The candidate will have extensive experience in the application of safety principles and methods to mature the GBSD systems design for safety and support flight test and flight worthiness of complex systems.
