Adhere to internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards. Ensure program team understands and adheres to contract scope and manages change. Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years' or a Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience managing Department of Defense, Government contracts, or projects in other industries. Experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule and at cost as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager. Prior production or sustainment experience serving in a leadership role in some capacity (i.e. Operations Program Manager, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, etc).
