FFDR is the Sentinel program's major program event (MPE) which establishes that the Sentinel first flight configuration is defined and ready to support the program's First Flight test event. The FFDR Campaign Lead has leadership responsibility for the FFDR MPE; they lead the development and integration activities for FFDR to enable success at the culminating FFDR event. Event leader for the FFDR Chair. Develops FFDR campaign strategy and associated roadmaps. Establishes and conducts lower level / incremental build up activities and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) to ensure a manageable risk posture for a successful FFDR MPE. Briefing executive program and customer leadership. Publishes plans, procedures, checklists and metrics in support of the FFDR MPE. Monitors and reports technical, cost, and schedule progress to program leadership, customers, and stakeholders. Develops and manages handling plans for risks and opportunities associated with FFDR MPE. Ensures content is captured, presented, and delivered on time to support the campaign events Responsible for compiling and delivering the FFDR data package. Includes understanding the technical products that are input to the data package. Provide down-and-in event support to other product segment teams across the program. Participate in and provide lower-level execution event surge support as needed.
