Maintain efficient operations of the entire IT infrastructure including servers, desktop, and networking equipment. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in written and verbal formats. Obtain and analyze internal and external customer requirements and recommend equipment and software as needed. General Linux troubleshooting experience. End user support experience. Experience supporting tier 2 and 3 helpdesk tickets. Experience supporting and troubleshooting remote nodes.
